Are they reliable?

Yep they have a huge presence on ebay. I've used them a couple of times without any problem.

I ordered from them one time and never again. I had ordered a region 2 set of Baywatch season 5 and they sent me something totally different. I contacted them several times and they did not respond or correct the issue. I had to contact Amazon to get my money back. I have not used them once since then. They do sell stuff through Amazon.
