Both characters I think were eerily similar. Do you think Archie was created from Ralph Kramden's The Honeymooners character? I know All in the Family was adapted from a British sitcom, but it seems to me at least, Archie was developed because of Ralph Kramden.

Both were poor chumps, but Kramden wasn't a bigot.

Jackie Gleason was offered the part of Archie Bunker (and so was Mickey Rooney). Both actors turned it down.

Not really to me. The whole context of AITF was completely different than the Honeymooners. AITF dealt with in-you-face controversial topics while The Honeymooners mostly centered around pat domestic squabbles sans the controversy and often (yet another one) of Ralph's crazy get rich schemes.

There are similarities between the two. Both were blue collar workers, both always believed they were smarter than everyone else, and both yelled a lot. Although, the shows differed in topics, All in the Family being much more political and racist, I'm sure Carroll O'Connor borrowed many of the mannerisms from Jackie's character to protray Archie.

Well, the show AITF wasn't racist, just the character of Archie, but I think I know what you meant.
Also, AITF offered a lot more depth to its characters, IMO. With Archie you had dimension such as conflict with his father, a complicated relationship with all his family, including Mike, etc. No offense to the Honeymooners, but it was from a different era where the expectations were different; it was funny and sweet in its own way.

I would see a little of Ralph when watching episodes of All in the Family from some of the things Archie did when he was mad or excited

I touched on this subject in another thread awhile back about initial critic reviews of All in the Family:

As you can see here, those comparisons to Ralph Kramden began happening from the very beginning of the series.
