Duff and husband Mike Comrie are the proud parents of a healthy, 7-pound, 6-oz baby boy named Luca Cruz Comrie.

The 24-year-old tweeted, "We are overjoyed and feel like the luckiest parents in the world."

Duff and Comrie, 31, a retired hockey player, married in August 2010.

Awww.. I love that they named him Luca b/c that's the name of Audrey Hepburn's youngest son! I'm happy for Hilary and Mike! I think she'll make a great mom!

New mom Hilary Duff tweeted a photo, taken by photographer Jennifer Wilson, of her baby boy, Luca Cruz, Tuesday to mark his 2-week birthday.

Duff shared a photo of his itty-bitty feet Monday, but this is the first photo of Luca since Duff and her husband, Mike Comrie, welcomed him on March 20.

Duff, who has already been hitting the gym to try to get back into pre-baby shape, has been sharing her experience adjusting to new motherhood.

"1st outing complete with no tears!Made it home early...just in time to feed Luca.figuring this motherhood thing out!" she tweeted March 28.

"Boys" and "girls" names have been used interchangeably for years. It's really not that big of deal. This is the first time I've ever heard the name Luca, so I couldn't tell if you if it's traditionally been a girl's name or not.

Her baby is SOOOO cute!! I am really proud of her. She is one of the few Disney Channel child stars to maintain that positive role model image. Good for her!
