I find this episode to be one of the funnier ones in regards to kids having crushes on each other, but feeling they hate each other and such. But one thing came to mind and just since this last time of watching it. Why would anyone have a party for a kid at the school? Was Mrs. Woods too good to have the kids in their home?

Also, a question for everyone.....who did you like better? Penny or Judy?
I prefered Penny. She wasn't quite as mean spirited and self-absorbed as Judy was...JMO.

I preferred Penny. She wasn't as mean as Judy Hensler but Beaver still hated girls.

I think it's funny too how they had the party at school. Mrs. Woods didn't want those little rugrats messing up her nice house. Penny had to brag that she was getting picked up in their new car to show off their social status.

I think I liked Penny a bit better, but Judy was hilarious the way she would tattle and was laughing when Beaver got beat up by Clyde Applebee.

I've always thought Penny was much cuter. I'm surprised that actress Karen Sue Trent, who played that part, didn't continue on in show business. I have found only one other credit for her after LITB and that was a Rifleman episode in 1963.

They were both so full of themselves, but Judy was more annoying because she was always braggin on herself.
