I can't believe this, they have this male host who is like an Anne Robinson wanna be. He's pretty good and funny. He does a pretty good job of holding down the fort.

Also the contestants are so catty to each other and quite pompus and arrogant. I was watching this afternoon and this one black lady Yyvonne and this white lady by the name of Barbara were voting each other off out of spite. Barbara said something about Yyvonne being jealous and Yyvonne wound up being voted off. When she was she dissed her after the walk of shame stating "Barbara was vindictive and is just upset because her IQ is not equal to or as high as mine" BTW, Barbara won. It's like these ladies wanted to tear each other's heads off. The host said in the beginning to Yyvonne, "you don't like Barbara do you?" and Yyvonne did not even respond. Meoooow!

I was watching it last night. I think this version will be better because the host isn't annoying. Anne Robinson on the other hand has to be the most annoying game show host in the history of television.

Overall, I only have one complaint with the syndie version.

It's CHEAP!. First show, Wednesday run...$5000...WOW.

Go on WoF. Heckuva lot more money, and few to no insults.

The $ values are lower because of the amount of shows and also to encourage the team to try to run the board. (it's a lot more tempting to bank $25,000 as opposed to $2,500) Even still, the contestants are scared and bank crap like $500, which is why you get such measly jackpots on the daily version. I saw one show where they actually answered eleven questions in a row, but had little to show for it.
