I really loved this actress. Infact The only reason I watched good times was because of her and John Amos. I did like allot of African/American sitcoms like This one and Whats Happening. I love Sanford and Son, I didn't like the Jeffersons. I didn't like Sherman's kind of comedy.

I know they did a tribute to Isabel Sanford of the Jeffersons, but I don't know if they did one for Esther. If not I hope they do. She was a wonderful actress who is missed.

I don't think they ever did an Esther Rolle tribute, but they definitely should. She WAS Florida!!

I didn't have TV Land in 1998 but TV Land has aired it enough over the years to make up for if it wasn't no tribute in 1998-lol
