Yes, it was. I know we saw it in "Menage-a-Phyllis." We saw it a couple other times, but that's the one I remember.

We also saw a bit of Phyllis' apartment in the season1 episode "Bess,You Is My Daughter Now".

In the spinoff Phyllis,Phyllis gets(briefly) a very run down apartment after Mother Dexter wants her and Bess' room.

They soon move quickly back to Audrey and Jonathan's.

I think there was one where Phyllis was excited that Bess was into writing and she was having her hang out with Mary, I'm not really sure, but I do know that at the end of the episode Mary is helping Bess to tell Phyllis that she doesn't want to write anymore and they are in Bess's room.
