For all those who might not know, Francis Buhay was the mastermind behind 2 bank robberies, one in San Jose and the other in Cupertino, California, back in 1995. He taunted the police with threatening e-mails like "come and get me, punks". He later turned himself in on January 4, 1999 and was sentenced to 10 years in prison in December 1999 and ordered to pay over a quarter of a million dollars in restitution. Well, I just read that he was released in 2007 and just this past January he robbed a bank in Union City, California and ran away from police as they chased him down. He ended up committing suicide in a resident's backyard with a gunshot to the head before they could catch up with him.
