... This would have been amazing news many years ago, but now it's merely... good news, everyone! Futurama has been given a two-year extension by Comedy Central, producer David X. Cohen announced at Comic-Con this weekend. But let's face it. Since being revived by the center of comedy, Futurama hasn't been the same. At least it's better than Workaholics.

Well, it isn't as strong as the first four seasons, but I'd argue it's still sharper than just about everything else out there that's masquerading as "comedy".
The first half season of the revival was a bit weak, I agree, but I think that the newer episodes, the last four or so, have been very strong and very funny.

I do like "Futurama" on Comedy Central, but I wish it returns to FOX soon....

I am so glad Comedy Central is breathing the life back into Futurama. They will make some big bucks off it when it goes into syndication in the future.
