Since I haven't gotten a chance to see this show in reruns yet was wondering Archie Feelings on REEGAN during the 80's
I say REEGAN because that's how Archie prounounced it on AITF when he predicted he would be elected president in 1980

What did he mean by fighting Frank Sinatra?

Who knows? Archie was getting his information from the National Enquirer.

That, and Sinatra was known to support Democrats. He was very much involved with Kennedy if memory serves.

That is so true. Archie unintentionally predicted Reagan's win back in a 1976 episode of All in the Family. He shouted, "We'll have Reegan in '80!".

Kitty Kelly wrote a scathing biography of Frank Sinatra. Sinatra filed a $2 million lawsuit to prevent it from being published but subsequently dropped it.
Kelly then wrote a tell all about the Regans' that claimed that Nancy had an affair with Sinatra.
