How damn cool was Capt. Kate once you got rid of her sucky daughter and that dumb ADA boyfriend? I like her, all up in the face of authority and protecting what's hers, including Jinny. Maybe the writers read this forum and realized how much she SUCKED last year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with you 100%, Coily! As soon as they shipped Amanda away last year to be with that dish-washer Cap really evolved. I didn't like her at all the first 15 or so episodes, except for when she got with Jinny and I loved that, but she rocks now. She takes nothing off anyone and protects those that work underneath her command. Cap is a good Captain. As long as they keep Amanda out of the picture then it'll go well...


I must give Cap credit though. When Amanda had that surgey and went through that tough time with her fiance Cap was totally cool for sticking with her like that. She's a good mother.

I agree...but did get temporarily frightened when the cap mentioned her daughter in Sunday's eppie. Let's hope she stays far,far away.:eek:

You are so freaking wrong. She did not suck at all. She was the coolest on the show, really nice, her boyfriend was hot and I really miss him. There's so many good things I could say about Kate...and I'll say it again SHE DIDNT SUCK.

i thought she sucked in the first season..but..i kinda like her a lil bit more this season...in the first season, i rated her a 0(being worst) this season so far...6..maybe 7..

Ditto except for the boyfriend part cuz I never saw him. LOL. I wasn't that involved in the last season.

i thought amanda and kate were cool 2gethR ! but she did become tougher not after amanda left but after she had that surgery. remember that episode where the cap was like "what would you say to pancakes?" and amanda was like "i've had your pancakes..martha stewart would weep."...lol. that cracks me up everytime. that was like my 2nd fav cap moment. my first fav was the pilot and amanda says she's getting married and she goes "white wine"..to the waiter inside of coffee. lol..she looked soo pretty in the pilot. w/ the highlights and everything. i dunno why they dyed em in the 2nd episode..although the highlights did make her look like she was 30 or sumthin ! c:D

I lerb the captain. I think she's cool. I didn't like her AS much as the last season, but now I really think she's awesome. But that's JMO :D

I've always lerbed Cap... even from the beginning! She rox. I don't think she ever sucked at all and that's just MO. I h8ed Amanda, she sucked. Blah. ROCK ON CAP, ROCK ON!
