Although their schedule is great, I'd think they would introduce some series they probably have access to, like "Facts of Life" and "Silver Spoons", maybe on Sat. morning.

I'm not complaining, however, I do think they should have introduced different shows been 7-9PM on weeknights. Good Times and Sanford and Son are great shows, but they always have aired in primetime, especially Sanford and Son. And I can't see how they can't reduce the Stooges and Benny Hill a bit. They are good shows too, but soon we will see all of the shorts/episodes twice and it gets old.

One thing I love about Antenna TV is that when they do a schedule change, it remains for a fair period of time and each show they have introduced stays on the schedule. They may have reduced many airings of certain shows, but I can't really think of any show besides The Nanny that they have pulled completely from the schedule when introducing another.

It's great they are not removing any shows. Like all library deals, there is a certain amount of times they can air an episode (mostly 3 times per episodes), so that is why some shows move back and forth from weekends to weekdays, instead of resting them completely.

Glad to see that Hazel will be back in the afternoons. On WPIX, the overnight airing is pre-empted for a rerun of the evening's 10:00 news.

Looks like Maude is not performing well at the 8pm slot since it's only being aired on the weekends

No, Maude is being moved for the reason I just said. They are saving episode airplays, and instead of removing it completely, they are loading up and airing it on weekends instead. I believe they are already in the second run of Maude.

So when is Good Times and Sanford and Son going to run out of air plays?

This is somewhat better than the summer schedule but not great. It is nice to have the Partridge Family back on weekday afternoons, but I'm disappointed Maude is only weekends. I am also disappointed that News Radio is the only new show. I don't know why they chose that instead of something from the 70's or 80's like The Jeffersons, One Day at a Time, Diff'rent Strokes, The Facts of Life, or Who's the Boss? that I have really been wanting to see on there. Oh well. At least I still have Three's Company.

Not Bad and Not Good either, the weekend schedule is pretty much shot (some people that work cannot watch weekdays). I was just getting into a nice sunday morning schedule of perfect classics starting at 7:30AM.

They are already in the third run of The Monkees, Gidget, The Partridge Family, when you strip these series that have 1, 2 to 4 seasons, or even just play them on the weekends, the plays go fast with double runs.

Personally they need to dump the movies all together, again Antenna TV, should be about classic TV or at least TV movies, or just show one or two a day and be more creative with the scheduling, example: have a Late Show and a Late Late Show or even a 4:30 Movie (3:30PM on the east coast...lol) These ran for years in the ABC affliates with great titles like Mothra, Elvis Weeks, Sandra Dee Movies, Apes Week.

Or if they really want to get crazy, find out if Sony has some old talk shows, how about old Mike Douglas, Merv Griffin or if they could ever pull off Johnny Carson reruns at 11:30PM, not those horrible "Carsons Comedy Classics" currently on Reelz, they could just show episodes from johnny's last 10 years, people would flock to them and it would give Antenna TV the publicity it really needs.

I know of a syndicator that has all the "Afterschool Specials" of the 70's, Again I am talking lost television and some creativity.....the possibilities are endless but we need to see "Married With Children" on 4 outlets per day.

News Radio is way too new for this channel. Glad to see they didn't get of Monkees, Partridge Family and Here Come The Brides etc. Just wish they didn't have good shows on at 2-4 pm when One Life To Live and General Hospital are on. Now I'll have to tape them so I don't miss due to seeing my soaps. Wish they'd put 3 Stooges and Benny Hill on from 2-4 pm or movies. Love this channel.

Yeah why are they putting NewsRadio on.I've never even heard of that show but it does not belong on Antenna-tv.Not really complaining though because I still really like the station, but they should stick to classic tv shows like Me-tv does. And this is just a guess because I basically know nothing about the tv business and how these stations operate, but it may be the reason Me-tv is picking up more stations than Antenna tv is now.

You haven't heard of NewsRadio? Now's your chance to watch it. It's my favorite sitcom of all-time. Maybe it is too new to be on a channel for all these old shows but I'm glad that it's ending up somewhere. It doesn't seem to do that well in syndication.

You're right, that has NOTHING to do with it. Antenna TV is showing TV series from the 50s-90s (and still has more station coverage than MeTV). NewsRadio is only one hour on Sundays, how is that bothering you? The network has tons of variety, something for everyone.

It's not bothering me,I just just hope they continue to air mainly the older classic shows. You don't have to sell me on Antenna tv.In our house it's one of the main tv stations we watch now,and I'm glad to have it. I've mentioned this before, but Antenna tv and Me-tv(which is still not available here) should be available in every area of the country.

Same here. Silver Spoons, Facts Of Life, Different Strokes, and Mr. Belvedere would be at the top of my list.

I'll give ATV kudos though for not jumping into more modern shows like RTV has done. We finally got RTV on my cable system and now they suck. Go figure, LOL.

I like the schedule for the most part but agree that some of the two-fer airings could be cut back to once per day. Also I want to see more shows like I mentioned in my previous post. I forgot to add One Day At A Time and and how about a few dramas? Something like Perry Mason, Ironside, Mannix, Streets of San Francisco, or Hawaii Five-O.

While I love Three's Company I have all eight seasons on dvd so I really don't need to see it on tv. With dvd sets so cheap now that's why I want to see more shows on tv that are not complete on dvd yet.

All that aside, I still enjoy ATV a lot and watch it more than any other channel since RTV seems to have dumped many of their classic shows. I still watch Route 66 and I Spy on RTV though.

The great thing about this network, as opposed to MeTV and RTV, is that they actually revisit the schedule every quarter. Even if you don't agree with the changes, you know that in three months they will change things up again. MeTV and RTV always seem to play the same shows in the same time slots for way too long.

I agree with the movies. For me they should add more shows and less movies. I have seemingly a million movie channels already. I wish Louisville, Kentucky would get MeTV. That's one network that seems to be eluding us. We did get ATV pretty fast and I am happy that we did. I've burned dvr's of Maude and Hazel both as I figure it will be a while, if ever when we get them complete on dvd.

Antenna TV Brings Classic TV to Charlotte

Classic free over the air TV comes to Charlotte as Capitol Broadcasting’s WJZY launches the highly anticipated Antenna TV Network on its multicast channel 46.2 beginning this Monday July 25th.

Good to see Maude will be staying during the weekdays. It's one of the only Norman Lear series that never got enough airplay in recent years. I love Sanford and Son, Good Times and All in the Family, however, they have been airing everywhere for SO long. It would be really great to be able to have room for everything.

Now I cannot guarantee anything or even everything, but I have a list of what will be joining Antenna TV during the 4th quarter, meaning Winter 2011.

There is something for everyone and I am very pleased to break this news, those who know me and my posts, I don't fool around, I don't spread rumors and always absolutely confirm news items as much as possible, so I am going for listing the shows as I know extremely eager thread readers & Antenna TV watchers and supporters would want to know this info as soon as possible. If they all don't pan out, please don't shoot the messenger.

I cannot divulge where the info came from, but it was not given in secret, and once given to me, I didn't want to do some teaser or guessing game post to what the shows are, so I am just going to let them out.

READY.........

SET.............

GO!

Leave it to Beaver

Dragnet (1968)

Alfred Hitchcock Presents

McHales Navy

Newsradio

The Nanny (returning to schedule after 2nd and 3rd quarter rest)

Adam 12

It Takes a Thief (Robert Wagner)

Jack Benny Show

Bachelor Father (John Forsythe)

Suspense Theater

S.W.A.T.

I hope they all make it to air! I am not lying about this, but again remember the warning, things change in television quite often. I present this info for reader enjoyment only, I do not work for Antenna TV and do not represent them or sitcoms online in any form.

That particular humor dates back to the Original Svengoolie, Jerry G. Bishop, on the first Svengoolie run in 1970 on WFLD-32 Chicago. He got some of his ideas while in Cleveland at the The-KYW Radio/TV stations. Rival WJW-TV 8 had Horror host "Ghoulardi" from 1963-66. Ernie Anderson, who became the "Voice" of ABC" from the 70's to the 90's was Ghoulardi, and a lot of the Svengoolie "bits" were borrowed by Bishop from Ghoulardi..Cleveland suburb "Parma" became Bishop's "Berwyn", etc..

As far as changes..As long as they stay true to the classics, I think MeTV, Antenna TV and RTV are fine..Looking forward to the fall changes..Fortunate to have all 3 networks in the Cleveland area.

Usually shows air 5 days a week, not 7 days a week. There are many issues of plays per episode for the contract. If they air more than 5 days a week, they will run out of plays for the contract. All in the Family and Good Times was airing 6 days a week from Jan-June (All in the Family was Sun-Thurs 9-10pm and Sat 7-8pm, while Good Times was Sun-Fri 7-8pm).

It is absurd because most of your favorite shows are on this. They even air The Ropers (which returns tomorrow) and Three's a Crowd with ALL their episodes. TV Land never did that. This is not even close to Nick at Nite's situation where they have no classics.

Antenna TV has changed their fall schedule to accommodate the new series they are adding. And they are removing nothing, so there is a lot of variety on the new schedule. So stop being a drama queen when you don't know what is going on. We will release the schedule when we are given the "go."

Pav that's true they air all my favorite but I think it's too early in the evening. I'm more of a 10pm to 1am guy. It's going to be hard for me to watch sitcoms at 8pm in the evening when the fall starts because of sports. Now they air the Ropers and Three's a Crowd was good and at a good slot-12mid but that 8pm to 10pm needs to juggling around.

And I can't even sample SOAP because it's in a bad timeslot which 10pm on sundays.12am would be better.

Pavan

You can't record or DVR in 2011? If you really want to watch shows on YOUR time, you can easily time shift. Everyone else does it. So if Maude moves to a later slot, you'll be watching every day? You seem to be all talk all the time and only talk when something doesn't go your way. If it goes your way and the time is right for you, you still don't watch it regularly, like Maude in the summer you watched for a bit then stopped.

And Soap airs 10pm-12am on Sundays. 4 episodes a week. That is in your "10pm-1am guy" slot. Too Close for Comfort airs at 12am on Sundays, and you never continued that. You're bashing an entire network because it can't accommodate your own timings? It has all of your shows, but they are not airing it where you would like it. That sounds very petty to me. As Bill Walton would say, "where would you like the ball now, Solomon?"

You are fickle, because you used to love Sanford & Son and Good Times. And fine, you don't have to like them, but those are just two shows on Antenna TV. They have over 20 more shows. Are you watching these two shows everyday or being forced to? The schedule of shows they have is pretty good and is better than anything else on your TV right now, including TV Land. TV Land airs Good Times and Sanford & Son, too, but of course they are OK with you and not on your "cut" list. They do well in the ratings. They air on cable on TV One and TV Land and in digital broadcast on Antenna TV. People like them and they will be on, because they do well. Everything is not just about you, you know. Antenna TV should rename itself to Solomon's Antenna TV.

As soon as we get the "go" we will post the revised fall schedule.

People like them. Antenna TV should rename itself to Solomon's Antenna TV.
I've only been on this site on and off in the last few years and I'm going to try to post more, but I have to say this back and forth is very entertaining to say the least..

TV Land is nowhere near my cut list because it has my two favorite shows of all time

The Jeffersons
Three's Company

In addition to other classic tv shows.

Yet The Jeffersons is not in your 10pm-1am guy schedule. You don't watch it on TV Land. It airs before 6pm, which is too early for you. So stop it. Most of the time, you just complain for no reason. Antenna TV has MORE classics than TV Land. That is a fact. The Nanny airs A LOT on TV Land. But if it airs on Antenna TV, in lesser slots, of course that means TV Land is still better.

I found this on the Antenna TV Facebook page. It was from a Milwaukee station. Supposedly it starts in November, but I don't see why they would wait that long:

So I guess the rumor was true. It's just too bad that they are fixated on the same shows that RTV had. I only hope that they have access to the entire 7 seasons of Adam 12 instead of only the first 4 that RTV had.

The rumor that is being spread on their Facebook page is that they have signed a deal with NBC Universal to air mostly a bunch of ex-RTV shows like Adam 12, Dragnet, Bachelor Father, etc.

There was a game I hope young kids still play, unless they are busy "tweeting" called "Hot & Cold"........

Is there any chance that Antenna TV will get real sponsors soon? All I keep seeing is commercials for funeral advantage, injury lawyers, cash4gold, consumer cellular etc. Also, is there any chance that they would air retromercials like TV Land did in their earlier years?

Start posting to the thread!

I hope this comes to pass. Keeping fingers and toes crossed.:happyface

So glad we are back to being on-topic, I am NOT directing this towards any member, everyone should and is able to express all thoughts here and I feel the site overall is run extremely well. We all have suggestions about everything in life, etc.....again RESPECT TO EVERYONE'S OPINIONS (not shouting).

Maybe this belongs here and maybe it doesn't because it is a bit off-topic, but that will be for the moderators to decide....

I have never met Pavan, I have communicated with him like most of us here, usually just under our private user names, This has nothing to do with parts of this thread. I just feel extremely compelled to write and express my written thoughts and opinions about all the time Pavan dedicates (just like all who do anything and are actually affliated with sitcoms) I am not affliated, just a member like most of us....Anyway....Pav is very dedicated and is a true professional in every sense of the word, NOT that anyone is questioning that he is not.

His daily blogs are the main reason I keep coming back to this and only this site, I don't blog, I don't tweet, I still love CRT TV's, I hardly email except for business purposes and use no social media outlets, (boy am I lonely...lol) I just want to publically commend Pav (whether he likes it or not!) and I will await for him to post the times of the new Antenna TV schedule anxiously, just as he has always provided us with such valuable news way before we would hear it anywhere else. I respect that he does not "go to cyber-print" till he has official notification, as he knows how important contacts are in this information business.

I was thrilled to break the news about the new shows coming to Antenna TV, I innocently scooped him, and he took it like the true professional he is and always has been, and just for the record I had no idea that he was waiting on some official permission that I didn't have to wait for. The list of shows were given to me freely.

Hope this all makes sense to everyone and let us all get back to enjoying classic TV as passionately as we ALL do!

My best wishes to all members!

Some news:

Antenna TV Heads to Detroit in October

Adell Broadcasting’s independent WADL Detroit is preparing to launch Antenna TV on a subchannel on Oct. 1.

Kevin Adell, the station’s CEO-owner, who also owns African-American targeted, religious programmed The Word Network, said: "We have looked at many programming options for our dot 2, but Antenna TV was by far the best fit with its quality classic programming lineup, expansive national distribution with Tribune stations and will have the longevity over fledgling networks."

As WADL grows and transitions to newer programs on its main channel, such as It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Dog The Bounty Hunter, Cash Cab among others, it will continue to provide classic TV programming through Antenna TV.

Antenna TV’s lineup includes The Flying Nun, The Monkees, The Partridge Family, All In The Family and mixes these classic oldies with newer programs including Maude and Soap, In addition, Antenna TV offers a variety of movies to complement its classic TV lineup.

Antenna TV will be available over the air on ch. 38.2 and on ch. 295 on Comcast Cable.

UPDATED ON 9/3/11.....Hey everyone has their personal tastes, I originally apologized for this thread for being off-topic and now I noticed it was far from it..........

THE ORIGINAL POST AS FOLLOWS.....

As far as Labor Day is concerned, I am 48 years old and for the past 44 years the JERRY LEWIS Labor Day Telethon is how I spent it. Besides his death, I never thought I would spend a Labor Day without Jerry & the telethon. I don't like talking about personal things re: my life here, but I have supported the MDA since I was age 10, I have been to 5 telethons with the last being in 1992 at the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas.

I don't care if someone hates "Lewis" or not, he brings out very passionate feelings no matter what side of the conversation a person is on, my point is....that an 44 year American institution is now gone....

MDA announced the telethon will air for 6 hours on Sunday, Sept 4, 6PM-12AM eastern with I believe Nigel Lithgow hosting. Jerry is no longer even the National Chairman for the organization that used his name and likeness to help convince us to give money for what I know was probably most of many peoples entire lives!

I believe most people take the telethon (if you normally watch) for granted and will be shocked when they turn on their TV's on Monday Labor day morning and see no telethon.

Jerry says he will release a statement that day but he wishes not to destroy and hurt MDA patients in potentially losing funds that are sincerely needed.

I still also believe in the cause and won't take it out on the millions of people and their families that are afflicted with this terrible desease that takes you with no notice at any age.

BACK TO 9/3/11 UPDATE: "The Labor Day Sucks Movie Schedule" the quoted poster referred to doesn't of course has to be his/her type of enjoyment, but it just turns out that I guess the poster didn't know the reasoning of the selection of movies Antenna TV chose for Labor Day 2011, they all happen to star Mr. Jerry Lewis, SO MANY KUDOS to the programmers at Antenna TV who for some won't have to spend their first Labor Day in 44 Years without Mr. Lewis on their TV sets. A Brillant sentimental creative scheduling move, exactly like I have been begging for Antenna TV to make, something different, yet still nostalgic.

Well I will bring this thread back to Antenna TV, sorry for the above MDA rant, but it is serious.....

on a lighter note.....

I really like the more retro looking Antenna TV logo that started today I believe, 8/29/11.....and I think they got rid of the tagline "without the funny smell" cute but I never cared for it.

They really need to open a website store, I have discussed it with them and they said it was planned, can't wait to get a mug, t-shirt, etc with the new logo hopefully soon!

I think the previous logo is better, but if they disposed of the slogan "vintage without the funny smell", then that's a good thing.

Changing logos is not a good sign, Antenna TV hasn't been on the air that long and they're already changing the logo. It probably won't be too long until they change it again. Me-TV has been on the air for six years and they still use the same logo they started with.

Myself, I hope they add Ironside, Adam-12 and Alfred Hitchcock Presents as those shows are not available in complete series on dvd (legally anyway).

I like the fact that ATV is showing programs like Too Close For Comfort, The Ropers, Maude, Hazel, Denice The Mennace, and Burns & Allen. These shows are not available or only a few seasons are available on dvd. DVD sets are so inexpensive these days I have most of the shows I like that are out there complete on dvd in my collection.

I'm really surprised that none of the three "retro" channels (ATV, RTV or MeTV) have picked up any of Lucille Ball's three series. Maybe they are too expensive? Of course I Love Lucy is available complete on dvd and the two followup series are nearing completion, but Lucy usually draws good ratings as does The Golden Girls (which is also available complete).

I still give ATV a thumbs up. They are doing a good job and are one of the few channels I watch any more. I could do with less movies but that's just me. Now if they would air some of the classic variety shows (Dean Martin, Andy Williams, Flip Wilson, and Ed Sullivan) in their entirety with ALL music acts I would be in heaven. This will never happen of course because of the stupid exorbitant music clearances. It would also be nice to see The Carol Burnett Show in it's original hour long format. I think it ran for 10 seasons didn't it?

I think they show too many movies. Maybe just show one or two a day. That's plenty. I mean, there are a million movie channels on cable-satellite tv.

PLUS, THIS TV is primarily a movie channel with other classics mixed in. It's always wise to throw in a few movies here and there, but I think showing sitcoms and dramas/westerns in the mornings on weekdays would be nice to see.

For those who don't have cable/satellite, these new networks provide viewers with a little mixture of what's on cable, which is fabulous.

From the start, Antenna TV has been a destination for BOTH movies and TV. They never ever said they are a classic TV series only network, so not sure why everyone assumes that. Remember movies were airing on television during the antenna rabbit years, too...

Of course we would like more TV series time, and we are getting that this fall. The network is not even a year yet, so they will bring in many series and the second wave of new stuff starts this fall. So be patient.

And Solomon for someone who calls himself researching old TV info, you can't even check what is airing on Sept. 5 (which is TOMORROW)? You just made a fool of yourself by asking if it is past Jerry Lewis telethons. We already mentioned on this thread before it is a movie marathon on Labor Day.

They have rights to the Columbia Pictures titles. Which is Sony. The 50s titles are Paramount (go beg MeTV to air them)....so they can't air those! Do you know they can't just air what they want right? TV is a business and they have to buy product! They already had access to these Sony titles, so why not use them?! TV Land has never even aired classic movies like this. They air newer movies. I'm sure you bypass that because TV Land is like God to you for some reason. Nope I won't be happy about that, showing 4 commercials breaks they way they did with the Jeffersons was horrible. They don't do that with three's company or sanford and son.

And in regards to Jerry Lewis from the 50's, I didn't know they didn't have the rights. I like those movies better because he is skinny and has that childish voice. he is not like that in the 60's movies

I bumped this up again because now that we have reached Labor Day and Antenna TV recognized the fact that for many of us this will be our first Jerry-less Labor day in our lifetimes.

Most people won't even find out till Monday morning and wonder "where's the telethon"?

It does seem odd not to see the telethon on my local NBC station or on WGN. As for his later movies, this will be interesting as they are not shown much on tv. We may see why after viewing them, lol. Myself I'm watching MeTV because I like the dramas currently on at this time (Perry Mason, Canon, and Streets of San Francisco).

I've seen the new (tentative) Antenna TV schedule for fall (I won't post it and spoil it for Pavan), and I must say, it's pretty good. The NBCU shows they are adding really mesh well with the Sony shows and they have good weekend variety. Good to see Leave it to Beaver airing somewhere in a decent slot.

Postives about Antenna TV

1. Showing fans spinoffs that has not been seen in over 20 years-"Ropers" and "Three's a Crowd"

2. Showing a sitcom that has not been seen much on Cable in the past 12 years.."Maude"

3. Having a long block of funny shows which is a total of 6 hours on Monday to Thursday.

Negatives about Antenna TV

1. Friday Primetime schedule stinks

2. Saturday Primetime schedule stinks

3. Weekend Afternoon schedule stinks

So overall it's a nice channel but it does have room for improvement and much better than SH*T@NITE and TVCHOPLAND

They have added some older shows from the NBC Universal library. I'm glad to see Maude on at a later time so I can see it. I still have my favorite one on there Three's Company. I just hope next time they will get more 80s shows from Sony. I'm just interested to know what will be on this new Bounce TV. It is supposed to start a week from Monday but we still don't know the schedule.

I'm really looking forward to the Thanksgiving Three's Company marathon. I wonder if it will be randomly selected episodes from different seasons, or just part of the current cycle. I hope it will be part of the current cycle, because that will help speed it up a little and maybe even be able to start Three's A Crowd in December instead of January.

Looks like they picked up all of the shows that RTN dropped. I was wondering how come all of the Universal shows went off. I had someone recording some RTN shows for me, now I can pick up what I need myself. Provided of course that they air uncut as they did on RTN. Although way too many shows are already on DVD so who really needs them over the air?

Leave it to Beaver, Dragnet, Adam-12, It Takes a Thief, McHale's Navy and the first 4 years of AHP are all out already.

Bachelor Father and Jack Benny are nice pickups and if unedited I'll be recording them. SWAT would have been exciting but now its rumored that Shout is releasing the last season next year so file that also under the who cares category. Kraft Suspense Theater is a great show and RTN never ran the whole series, always skipping over episodes so if Antenna has the whole package, that's a nice pickup. The network is still way too heavy on the sitcoms and need to pick up more dramas.

Oh yes!

Carson Reruns would be HUGE! I don't know if they could show special guests/musical performers because of copyright issues, but there is still 10 years of achieve material that would be great for late night.

The movies are just OK. Too many repeats.

A very good schedule.

Sure hope they will read this and move Hazel back to 2 am. Man they have some good stuff on Sat nites. Wish Dragnet, Adam 12, and SWAT were on later. If I'm gone when they are on then I'll have to tape them. Also wish the good shows that are gonna be on from 2- 4 PM weeksdays were on later. 2-4pm is One Life To Live and General Hospital time. Let me ask you guys something. Does the channel that carries Antenna TV kind of skip? What I mean is that when I watch Antenna TV, the dialogue is hard to understand. For ex., if the sentence is "I am going to the store". When I hear it on Antenna TV, you wont hear half the sentence. You'll hear every other word. Is that happening to anyone else?

No, but there is pixilation fairly often, and video signal loss near the beginning of programs. And, they had an awful lot of "poor signal" messages during Bachelor Father one day last week (which probably happened during an unmonitored dub from tape to DVD).

Beg to differ. That is untrue. There have been marathons on Thanksgiving, Christmas for YEARS. And they do well because people are home! Again all you look at is what you do and think. You're not the only person in America. Football isn't everything and they are not trying to compete against it. Like I keep saying, "where would you want the ball next time, Solomon?" I stayed at my cousin's house over Thanksgiving weekend, she's one of the lucky households that get Antenna TV. I saw Bachelor Father, Father Knows Best, and The Flying Nun for the first time. Was also able to see Adam-12 and Dragnet, two of my all time favorites that don't air here. If a small town of Eureka, IL can get Antenna TV why can't my place of Fort Wayne? After all while not a huge market it's still the 2nd largest city in Indiana.

Well, I don't know how good a thing that is. When ME-TV started and had few affiliates, they ran a ton of shows complete. Once they got in more homes, they began cutting everything. I fear the same may happen to Antenna.

I'm excited about the Christmas marathon! We had a local PBS station here that used to run old Christmas episodes (including old Hollywood Palace shows!) but they stopped doing that a few years ago, the bums.

Now if I could just get Comcast / NJ to run Antenna TV at a higher bitrate so it wouldn't look so compressed my life would be almost perfect...

Someone should tell them they omitted the Christmas themed "Circus Boy" episode titled "The Good Samaritans" Episode #12 originally aired 12/23/56 and has already run on Antenna TV. Otherwise incredible holiday line-up in the tradition when some other "classic" TV network who's name escapes me right now used to have something called a "Merrython"!
