Forgive me for asking, but do you have diabetes? Whatever it is, hang in there. You can improve just about any condition these days, and medical science just keeps getting better and better.

I'm sorry to hear this, Joe. It's terrible when a condition becomes debilitating, and you have no control over it. It's a helpless, and often hopeless feeling. You're in my prayers.

no need to ask forgivness; I don't mind saying what it is. I have a rare, progressive muscular condition called H.S.P. which stands for Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia. It causes gradual muscle weakness, mostly in the lower extremities. At present there is no cure for it.

OK, thanks, Joe. For some reason I had thought it was diabetes.

At any rate, my original advice still applies. They are doing such great things these days with diseases that were thought to be untreatable a short time ago.
