Just wanted to mention that my hubby and I saw Lord of the Rings on Saturday and thought it was great! Everything from the actors, sets, cinematography to the music! I was wide eyed the whole time. It was a little long, about 2 hours and 45 minutes but you'd never know it. I highly recommend it! I know this post should really be on the CC board but I wanted my friends to know about just how great this movie is.

My brother, me, Jeanie, and her kids all went... My brother really enjoyed it, Jeanie's kids enjoyed it...Jeanie and I were like... *taps foot* What time is it? *looks at the watch with a bad look* Damn.... haha... Personally, not my kind of movie although it wasn't bad... Just didn't keep my attention until like towards the end. I was so happy it was over though.. We watched it on New Year's Eve and I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to go in the first place..So that very well could be another reason I didn't enjoy it.

Funny you should ask. I recently just signed on w/AIM and apparently there is some kind of nasty worm that can really mess up things on your computer (according to my hubby). So I'm getting rid of it. I doubt I'd use it anyway to tell you the truth. If you want to send me an email you can.

I'd tell you the same: go see it. Good movie! The only thing I regret is getting that soda. I recommend you not get any beverage for that movie.

So true! I had popcorn and a medium Sprite. Halfway through the movie I had to go but it wasn't too bad so I stuck it out. Just make sure you empty your bladder right before!
