First Listen: Rebecca Black Sticks It to Critics in 'My Moment'

Rebecca Black has come a long way since 'Friday'.

The 14-year-old singer, whose much-mocked 'Friday' is the most-watched YouTube clip of all time with more than 167 million views, has released a new single called 'My Moment'.

The "success" of her first song inspired a number of covers (notably by Glee, Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Fallon) and countless parodies. She also appeared in Katy Perry's new video.

However, the video for 'Friday' was pulled off YouTube in June, leaving us 'Friday'-less.

Now, Black is back and sticking it to the naysayers in her new single by boasting that this is her moment: Weren't you the one who said that I would be nothing / Well I'm about to prove you wrong.

To be fair, the lyrics are a step up from "fun, fun, fun, fun."

Glad they didn't auto-tune her voice this time. She actually has some decent pipes, and the song isn't half-bad either. It can never live up to the awesomeness of "Friday" though.
