For me, it wasn't when he actually jumped the shark, it was during the Thanksgiving episode in season 6 when the Cunninghams were all watching the football game and the Fonz wanted to watch the Shirley Temple movie, Heidi, instead. I could see Marion or even Joanie wanting to watch it, but the Fonz? No way!

For me it was when Fonz rode a bull.
Season 6 Episode 114 - "Westward Ho" (parts 1 & 2 & 3)
The dude ranch run by Marion's Uncle Ben is in desperate need of financial aid. The Cunningham family sets off for Colorado to come to the rescue, with Potsie, Ralph, Al and Fonzie all in tow, and must try to come up with enough money in five days to save the ranch from crooked neighbor H. R. Buchanan, who is set to take control of the ranch. The gang enter the 7th Annual Bar A Rodeo to try to win the prize money. With the deadline looming, the gang are still trying to raise enough money to save Uncle Ben's Colorado ranch. In a desperate last-ditch effort—and trying to reassert his coolness—Fonzie volunteers to try to ride a killer bull for a $1000 prize.
I mean really? Fonzie can DO ANYTHNG LITERALLY? Oh brother! This REALLY was the dumbest script ever.

At the time I started this thread. I had no idea they were making fun of the Heidi Game that took place in 1968. So I guess it's really not a JTS moment after all. What's funny to me is the thing they were making fun of, didn't even happen until 1968 and that episode of Happy Days takes place in the early 60's.
