David Andrews (aka "JAG‘s" Maj. Gen. Gordon ‘Biff’ Cresswell) has landed a role in the USA hit’s summer finale, airing August 9.

He’ll once again get officious on us, playing a hotheaded and tightly-wound State Department honcho who crosses paths with Joan and the CIA when a defection attempt gets… complicated.
