Me too, I love PB sandwiches. They're filling, taste wonderful and are a nice source of protein, i.e. energy.

To the original poster, if you have trouble with the pb sticking to the roof of your mouth, a nice cold glass of milk should take care of that quite nicely.

ever try peanut butter banana sandwiches they are really good i love all kind pb sandwiches my favorite snack

I do that sometimes too. Very delicious. As far as peanut butter without jelly, no way. I would sooner eat at Taco Smell, than to eat a peanut butter sandwich without jelly.

I personally LOVE PB & J. But its pretty much off limits for me - way to many carbs - not a good thing for someone with high blood sugar. But if I use the Polaner sugarless jelly, high fiber bread, and a little peanut butter I could have one every once and a while. To me, they're heavenly. (and I really LOVE peanut butter - which of all the ingredients is actually a good food for me-its a good fat, relatively low carbs)

One thing I'm glad about is because I only drink skim, those rare occassions I have whole milk it taks sooo creamy.

Mmm, I love peanut butter sandwiches! I could eat just PB (has to be on white or wheat), or with jelly (preferably strawberry). I also love PB & Fluff or PB and banana sandwiches. Guess what I'm having for dinner tomorrow? :lol:
