I am getting ready for anual trip up to Put in Bay with my friends next weekend. I was wondering if anyone else here was getting ready for any trips.

I have a Boston trip planned in October. :)

For anyone who's planning on vacationing, whatever you do, do not post it on facebook. Every year for the last few, there have been many home invasion robberies that came from people who found out on Facebook that they were out of town. Just be very careful.

Yes, I have heard that. I don't really have to worry so much though because its just my friends and I. My parents are staying home.

Thanks! I'm not surprised, mostly only people who live by Lake Erie know what it is. Its a small island, only about 3 sq miles, out in Lake Erie. Its mostly just a place to party. The cops block roads off down town at night and they aren't allowed to actually watch the cabins. Basically, the scenery is pretty, its relaxed there and you're allowed to have fun. Well, as much fun as 18 17-22 year olds can have cramped together in a small cabin.

I'm going to Lilydale, NY on Thursday and Friday. It's a spiritualist community with psychics and mediums who live there seasonally. I'll be having a reading with one of the mediums and I'll be going to faith healings. It's going to be a peaceful couple of days I think.

We took our big vacation in March, before it got so hot. Hope everyone has a great time on their summer vacations.
