It was on July 9th in New York City for a good cause called "Broadway Barks," which is a drive to get people to adopt pets.

I agree, such a fighter and a kind soul. She does look frail though. :(

She does, but keep in mind she's 73 and suffering from the effects of diabetes all these years. But she still has that beautiful, radient smile!!

Absolutely, she is still a beautiful woman, just sad to see her get this way.

She looks a little better than she did before but the diabetes has definitely done some damage. Still a beautiful lady, though.

I think so too -- she looks more like we remember her, and I hope she's doing OK.

Mary can still turn the world on with her smile. Glad she is doing okay.

She looked frail on TMTMS. Whenever she's in short sleeves on the show (which isn't often) she's extremely thin.

She was quite then on the show especially in the first few seasons. But around season 5 she looked a little curvier. There's even an episode of Rhoda during that time where Mary visits her and Rhoda comments on her going from thin to voluptuous. I watched a clip of her and Dick Van Dyke on Rachel Ray and her nose looks different when they did a profile shot of her. It seemed to go straight down instead of having that cute little turn up at the end.

Glad to see you looking so good after your surgery, Mary!
She's still a beautiful woman, especially given her long battle with diabetes.
