Debbi Morgan Joins "The Young and the Restless"

"All My Children" has escaped death but the ABC soap will be continuing on the internet without one of its most beloved stars.

Yes, folks, it's official, the frackin' fantabulous Debbi Morgan is moving to "The Young and the Restless"!





Morgan, who plays Dr. Angie Hubbard on "AMC", signed with the CBS soap Thursday after weeks of speculation and rumor that she'd be making the move.

A show rep tells TV Guide Magazine that the Emmy-winning actress will start shooting "Y&R" in September after "AMC" has ended (tv) production.

"Y&R" is not yet confirming what kind of character Morgan will be playing. In fact, there's only one other thing that's certain about this red-hot news: Somewhere Kristoff St. John is doing backflips!
