In the episode Will the reall Mr Howell please stand up, the first time The real Mr Howell hears of the fake one selling off his pet stock, he runs off to the lagoon yelling. "I'll kill him." You can see Gilligan and the Skipper trying to pull him back from the water, You can also see Mrs. Howell, in her pink outfit, fall on her but, when she gets up there is a water stain that is noticable on her pant leg. Now the second time Mr Howell goes berzerk, we see the same scene. Is it just my imagination, or did they use the exact same scene again? Because if you compare the 2 scenes they look exactly alike.

Yes- it highlights the fact that Howell has reacted in exactly the same way as the first time.

They spliced and repeated footage in the early episode where Gilligan hooks the big fish that keeps dragging him into the water. (The pilot? the one where the fish eats the radio?) They had an elaborate set-up in place to winch Bob Denver down the sand and into the water, but there was a problem with it when it came time to film and they ran out of time so they just winched him down the beach into the surf once and then cut and spliced it so it looks like he's getting dragged into the water lots of times and fighting with the fish.
