i heard that Vivid Entertainment was going to offer her a Porn movie deal and their customers had such a backlash they retracted the offer.

That's a little harsh as far as the Jurrors are concerned. They could not convict there wasn't enough evidence, nothing linked her to the murder. Perhaps if some of her DNA were on the duct tape the prosecution would have had a better case.

I agree. What did they ever do before they had DNA evidence? Let everybody go free? Sometimes you have to use common sense...something this jury doesn't have. Some people have been saying that we live in a CSI World now. If you don't have absolute DNA evidence then you have reasonable doubt. Well Casey just showed all the killers how to beat the system. Throw the body in a swamp and let the body decompose.

I thought Porn Star also. If she does write a book, she more likely use another name. I bet that not too many people will buy a book that she writes.

^ I agree. I wouldn't mind if TW*T Mom (Casey) gets stabbed, raped or murdered some day. I don't care who thinks that sounds harsh. Whatever. That's the way I feel. I hate her and I firmly believe that she deserves some sort of horrible torture or misfortune to come her way. I remember back in 1994 when the Susan Smith case happened in SC (this woman intentionally buckled her two baby boys into their car seats and drove the car into a lake, jumping out and letting them drown). When Ms. Smith was sentenced and convicted, a friend and I were talking.

My friend said, in a women's prison - if you kill your husband/boyfriend/lover/boss, whatever - the other inmates don't really care one way or the other. Kill your children, and it's a whole different ballgame!!

Casey Anthony totally reminds me of killer mothers like Susan Smith and Diane Downs (whose story was made into a book and a TV movie called Small Sacrifices, starring Farrah Fawcett). At least the latter two got convicted!!!

Casey Anthony always reminded me of Diane Downs.......but not so much Susan Smith because unlike Diane Downs and Casey Anthony, Smith did eventually admit to killing her kids.

At least the jury in the Downs case were able to convict. To this day, she maintains her "innocence". Happily, her two surviving children were adopted by the prosecutor and his wife and have grown up into happy, well-adjusted adults.

Yes, the boy, Danny, was paralyzed but he went into a career into computers. Christie, the daughter whose testimony ended up being the straw that broke the camel's back, is now married with a child.

I still feel so sorry for them. But I am glad that they are able to be successful in life despite the actions of their wicked mother.

I also saw Oprah interview the Downes girl that was given up for adoption. She told Oprah that she was battling addiction to drugs for years.
