A brainless Hollywood star hides out in Mrs. Muldoon's boarding house, with a terrified Muldoon having to take her to a dance.

Muldoon is as kind as wise as Toody is funny and stupid (although the scene where Muldoon tries to put his pants on like a jacket is pretty good).
