Toody accidentally teaches Captain Block's beloved pet parrot to say "I hate Captain Block!" The episode is hilarious, mostly due to the outstanding comedy of Toody.
You might have noticed that we have a small-scale discussion going on about the failed TV show "It's About Time." Joe E. Ross played both Toody and Gronk (the cave man). But "It's About Time" didn't give Gronk any major scenes, while Car 54 successfully exploited Joe Ross's talent.
