Warren's is Ferguson.
Festus' is Haggen.
Rerun's is Stubbs (Freddie "Rerun" Stubbs).
Gilligan, from my understanding IS his last name. Schwartz once said if he had to have a first name it was probably Willie.

Holly (Holly Fulger) on Ellen. She was only in the first season but in all thirteen episodes they never said her last name.

Malcolm and his family from Malcolm In The Middle. They had a name originally (I'm sure somebody out there knows it;) ) but it was decided prior to the premier not to use it and to delete any references already made to it.

Newman from Seinfeld? Not sure if he has a last name or not!

Endora, Aunt Clara, Uncle Arthur, Maurice, and Cousin Serena on 'Bewitched'. When Darrin first met Endora, he asked her what her last name was, and she told him that he would never be able to pronounce it. So we never found out what Sam's relatives last names were.

Malcolm's family's last name was supposed to be Wilkerson, and I don't know why the producers dropped it so suddenly.

7th Heaven... Sgt. (Cpt.) Micheals.

The guy who played him is named Christoper Micheals.. I don't know if they gave him a first name.

C.C. from The Nanny was basically known as Ms. Babcock, only later on did we find out her name was actually Chastity Claire.

Mr. Haney's first name is Eustace. The full name Eustace Haney was used on at least two occasions in different episodes. In an early episode he was referred to as 'Uncle Charlton' by his nephew (Heston Haney :lol: ) so some sources give the name as Eustace Charlton Haney.

I think the case could be made that Benson had no first name on Soap. It was only after Soap had left the air that Benson pulled the switcheroo and revealed the character's last name was DuBois.

On one of the international rerun promos for the series, the promos even said something like "Have fun with the Wilkersons," which implicitly gave away the last name on Malcolm in the Middle.
