WRONG! According to this (http://www.brainyhistory.com/events/1966/february_23_1966_131083.html), and THAT is NO BALONEY!, Marc was actually born on February 23, 1966.

MEANING, NO BALONEY!, Marc's public age is 43; REAL AGE--45.

That link doesn't work. It says that site can't be found.

The site came up for me, but I had to search for February birthdays (http://www.brainyhistory.com/daysbirth/birth_february_23.html).

I tend to believe the 1966 date is more likely correct, but I wouldn't put money on it.
