Cliffhangers!

An Homage to Old-Time Movie Serials, this Anthology revolved around three Stories, "The Curse of Dracula"."Stop Susan Williams",and "The Secret Empire". Each Segment ended on a Cliffhanger, as the Serial Chapters of years ago did. "Curse of Dracula" finished it's run, but the buffoons who ran NBC had the nerve to Cancel this show BEFORE the other two segments finished! :angryfire It took me 30 years to see the episodes that had those concluding Chapters, thanks to a Bootleg Set I found. Better late than never!

Here's one that a lot of people seem to forget about (but not me!):

Aliens In The Family (ABC aired the first two eps. in primetime in Mar. 1996, then pulled it from their schedule and chose to air the remaining six episodes on their Saturday Morning schedule the following summer)

"Brooklyn Bridge" ran only about 33 episodes so that's pretty close. It is a good show and in my opinion the last American tv show made that can be considered a classic. Also, "Are You Being Served? Again!" a very good sequel to the original had alot less than 30 episodes.
