I have some family members who are going through medical problems
right now. My Uncle Doyel Taylor had part of his Colon removed after
an attack of Diverticulitis and then had internal bleeding due to that
and the blood thinners he is on for his heart problems and had to get
2 blood tranfusions and almost died. He is now recovering and my Mom
is down in Tennessee taking care of him. My Aunt Novella Dennard has a
tumor on her right leg which could be Cancer and her husband, my Uncle
Harry has had problems with Cancer, his Heart and low Potassium levels-
they live in Jacksonville, Florida. Please pray for these family members
of mine.

Lee, I'm sorry to hear of your relatives' illnesses. It's sad that as we get older, it happens more often. My late parents had many siblings. They just keep dying. My mother's sister died recently. My father's sister died last year. It's so sad, and it never ends. I guess what I'm saying is I know how you feel.

My grandma is right now recovering from a stroke and is now in a Rehabilitation Center...but anything can happen.:(

The diagnosis is Cancer and Aunt Novella will soon start chemotherapy. The
good news is that Uncle Doyel is gradually improving every day.

Best wishes and prayers go out to you and your family, Lee. Believe me, I know how hard it is to watch your family become ill and pass on (but hopefully your aunt and uncles will live a long time).

Mom had to be hospitalized this evening for overnight observation due to
her potassium problems. She should be released tomorrow morning.

Aunt Novella died at about 11 AM Eastern Time. My Mother Bonnie and
Sister Claire were on their way down to Jacksonville, Florida when she died.

Another note to this:Doctors have discovered a place
on Doyel's Neck and it is advanced Malignant Melanoma-
the same cancer that killed my Grandmother, Pauline Taylor-
and they may or may not treat the cancer, depending upon
the situation with Doyel's Heart.

Thank you, Janice. The funeral was Monday
and my Dad is back home now and Claire will
be home this Weekend. It looks like Thanksgiving
without Mom because she will be in Tennessee at
least a couple more weeks making arrangements
for someone to take care of Aunt Kay(Uncle Doyel's
wife), who is having her own health problems. Again,
thank all of you for your concern and support. I love

EDIT:Claire actually stayed in Tennessee a few
more days, but she is back now! Mom should be
home sometime next week.

Sadly, Kay died about 12 hours ago from Pneumonia and Sepsis due to
multiple organ failure. Her funeral will be in Pulaski this Saturday.

A lot of years have passed here and hope things are as good as they can be....we MUST take care of our health as best we can with quality foods and I'm a huge proponent of taking suppllements...they keep us a lot healthier....
