I don't know about you folks, but I HATE it with a passion when cable networks such as Nickelodeon edit the Hell out of reruns of shows like "Growing Pains" (along with syndicated stations) once the shows enter reruns.
Personally, I'd rather OWN the original episodes of "Growing Pains" complete, uncut, & unedited, as first shown on the ABC Television Network.
Thanks to the Internet (namely In2TV, Warner Bros.' late, great, free of charge Internet service provider), now I do.
Among the episodes yours truly downloaded free of charge thanks to In2TV are as follows: "Reason to Live," "How Could I Leave Her Behind," "Ben's First Kiss," and "Menage a Luke."
Not only are these the original network versions, but they also include original network bumpers before the closing credits--and although they have yet to be available on DVD, the episodes are of DVD quality.
