I have been thinking of getting a new tv, a digital but wonder can you still tape shows with a analog vcr?

currently I have an analog tv hooked up to a analog vcr. I tape shows a few shows a week. Works fine. Now with a digital tv set I find I can pick up a few new stations that I didn't get before. I have another set that is digital so that is how I know there are new stations. I current have Comcast provider signals.
In my house i have 4 tvs. One with a digital box supplied by Comcast and the one with no converter, just wire signals, 2 digital tv with no boxes attached.

Any thoughts to how to tape with the new technology. Don't want to spend more if I don't have to. thanks for any help.

You should be able to tape off digital tv with an analog vcr.
Just keep the vcr on ch 3 or whatever you normally have it set on.
