I noticed this week that Apple is now selling Family Matters Season 2 through it's iTunes store. The cost is $24.99 USD/CAD. Not sure if this means DVDs may be forthcoming in the future.
At least it's being released in some form. One big issue with this release is all the episodes are syndicated versions running at 21:50 in length.

It probably means the DVD's won't be forthcoming actually. If the first one only sold so-so, it means they think there is enough of a market to make it financially feasible to sell online but not on physical discs in stores. Hopefully this one will do ok and the rest will at least come out that way-the syndicated episodes part sucks though, not sure why they can't fix that.

After watching season 3 of Growing Pains I just finished watching season 2 of Family Matters from the iTunes Store.
And to my surprise the picture quality is as good if not better than season 1 on DVD, unlike Growing Pains season 2 from iTunes that's a little blurry but good quality nonetheless.
