As usual, the comedy isn't too much, but the human drama is pretty good.

And they're great.

Veronica falls in love with a man young enough to be her son, and the attraction is mutual.

Not a great episode, but a decent one. I didn't enjoy the unhappy ending, which didn't even make sense.

I like this episode and the way Murray went full sexual harassment mode w/ Archie's realtor. Wouldn't fly today...

She thought she had done as much as she could with the Dingbat character. As I recall she offered to continue to do guest shots, but she wanted all her appearances filmed at once early in the season so she would have the rest of the year free to do other projects. That made it difficult as the entire season wasn't blocked out that far in advance and it made it a challenge to work around her in all the episodes Edith didn't appear. It limited what Archie could do.
