Assuming that they have enough soap and they don't ever need to, ahem, 'use the bathroom' or if they do, the facilities are adequate, my biggest difficulty would be finding time to be alone, because I need my space or I go crazy and smash things. :D

It is difficult to watch GI and not put yourself in their place from time to time. I, personally, don't know what I would do if I were there because I just do not eat ANY fish! I don't even like to be around other people eating it! I would have a really serious problem there. I'd eat all the fruits (even the ones I didn't like), the berries, the vegetables, the desserts and, of course, the pancakes. Some people might say I'd be so hungry that I wouldn't mind eating the fish--ok--I can see that as a human possibility, of course. Every time I see them sit down to fish as some kind of a treat (yes, I know it's good for you, etc.), I get this thought! That would be my major problem. Could I possibly survive???

Whenever I watch GI I always get a craving for bananas. I wonder if GI ever contributed to healthy eating habits among kids. It certainly makes me crave fresh fruit as their fruit always looks so yummy, and Gilligan is always eating.

I like fish but I hate lobster and crab. Plus, I don't like how you have to boil lobsters alive. I could survive happily on tuna and marlin and swordfish. Gilligan knows how to get honey, and they must have a vineyard because they have grapes so they could even make wine. I don't know what Mary Ann makes her pie crusts from, but they must have some kind of flour product so they can make bread and cakes.

They caught a wild boar in Where There's A Will, but we don't know if they actually killed it or not, and by the time The Hunter comes around, Gilligan tells him they don't have any wild boar on the island. Apart from those mentions, we never see them eating meat. Wait- yes, we do. In The Hunter Gilligan's eating a steak to fatten him up. Where did that come from??

I guess they must have had some kind of freezer on the helicopter. The island had no cattle.

If I was there, I'd protect Gilligan from harm by throwing my body on top of his at every opportunity. "Look out, it's a bird- duck!"

I have really severe food allergies and can't really eat anything that they do and for that reason I've got to say I'd have no idea what I would do in terms of food if I were there. Otherwise, I think I might really enjoy myself!

The food, the lodging, the close company, the "facilities"....you name it. I am an indoor guy who like to watch old TV shows.
