My hubby was just playing a tape of Jose Feliciano he had that has a different version of the CATM theme song I'd never heard before. This isn't the tv version or the radio version but a longer more hispanic sounding version that sounds faster. He must be trying to get on my good side. :)

I am now craving Freddie Prinze LOL! ;) I could use a good Freddie tv fest right now... :)

Wow- I didn't know there was a different version of the theme song! I never heard it on the radio like some of the other theme songs that were played on the radio (like Welcome Back Kotter, Happy Days, etc)....

I wasn't able to have my friends over New Yrs Eve like I was supposed to due to a bug I had. So I had them over Sat nite (last nite). When we ate out at Long John Silvers/A&W on the jukebox they played a different version of Light My Fire by Jose Feliciano. When we came back to my house my hubby played that tape with that other version on CATM on it. My friend & her soon to be ex-hubby rememebred the song & the show. My friend remembered Freddie & acted like he was cute & said she hadn't seen him in yrs on anything & it was along time ago (I guess cuz he had died). We both got to reminicsing how on Fri nite we'd watch Sanford & Son & then CATM & I wasn't into Freddie yet... Ah back then we were much younger (not over 40 LOL!) & in much better health & Freddie was still alive...

Aww Cheryl, this is so cool that your hubby found another version of this great song!! I know it must be great!!
