Once upon a time, 10,000 years ago, ALL humans had Brown eyes, but thanks to a genetic mutation, as discovered in 2008 by Danish scientist Hans Eiberg, a person with Brown eyes was genetically mutated to Blue.

Thanks to the OCA2 gene, as Eiberg calls it, I can call the following entertainers, among SEVERAL others, "My Famous Relatives.":)

There's more photos showing Kirk with what appears to be green/hazel eyes. Just because he had blue eyes as a baby doesn't mean they stayed that way into adulthood. Most babies are born with blue/gray and some either stay that way or change as they get older.
