Have you guys ever seen "Crayon Shin Chan"? It's the Family Guy of Japan. It stars Shin Nohara, a 5 year old boy who makes heavy mischief on his parents and everyone else.

Shin's favorite moments are doing the "Ass Dance" where he dances with his exposed butt. He does this to impress Hima, the baby. One episode when Georgie, Shin's American classmate got Hima crying and thinks that doing the ass dance will make Hima better, he stops the dance but Hima cries until he starts again. Georgie says "How does Shin do this all the time?"

Another moment is when Shin's other classmate, Penny Milfer lives with her mother, Patty. Patty would go into a rage and hits one of her rabbit stuffed animals when Shin gets in the way with everything that deals with Patty. Penny also has a very foul mouth.

Shin's other classmate, Maso, is a gay homosexual boy who looks at boys as gays, but loves Ai Suotome, the rich classmate whose bodyguard she has looks a lot like Agent Smith from "The Matrix". Maso also has a big tendency to cry on a daily basis as he is harassed by two bullies when they think Maso has something good.

Oh, did I tell you that Shin loves to flirt with older women? He does this a LOT. Especially college student, Nanako, who is the only woman who loves Shin's behavior.

Never heard of it before, the animation doesn't look all that great.

I used to watch Crayon Shin-Chan when Adult Swim aired it and I thought it was an awesome cartoon that really set the standard for Anime cartoons to bring comedy into the anime world and already at the time Crayon Shin-Chan premiered it was such a hit that merchandise such as T-shirts comics and posters were made and it proved to be a hit with the teenage audience and college age audience. It's a shame that Adult Swim doesn't have funny cartoons like Crayon Shin-Chan anymore because with all the cartoons they have now Adult Swim should bring new anime comedy cartoons in addition to anime action cartoons like Hunter X Hunter and One Punch Man and anime comedy cartoons would be a huge hit for the Adult Swim line

Hi, Bestie! Crayon is one of my favorite Japanese cartoons! Also the books are better than the cartoon. Have you read any of the books?

Its also one of the longest running anime of all time (1990-2010), obviously nowhere close to Doraemon (1979-2005) or Sazae San (1969-present), but its up there.

Theres also two completely different English dubs of the series that have never been broadcast in the US, therefore it has 3 seperate English dubs for the same exact series!
