I know I asked this already, but does anyone have any idea if nick at nite will play this 4 part episode? Have any other stations played it in their run of family ties?

Yes, TBS showed it - usually after they had aired all of the episodes. My guess is that Nick at Nite will show it at some point - probably as a 2 hour movie (in 4 seperate parts) on a Sunday night. They aired both of The Facts of Life movies.
