I would like to invite any of you who are interested to submit a proposal for a paper or presentation on Fanfiction for the MidAtlantic Popular Culture Conference, which is to be held this year in Philadelphia in early November. This is not for presentation of your OWN fanfiction, but for ideas/analysis concerning fanfiction. Presentations (generally limited to 20 min.) may be on fanfiction relating to tv, movies, books, music, etc....and may involve analysis of stories, poems, music, artifacts, etc....Do you have a point about the fanfiction or even fans you have encountered; do you have a question to pose?
