As I read about instances of executive meddling during Warren Littlefield's tenure as president of NBC Entertainment, I can't help but feel that Littlefield actually suffered from an inferiority complex and thus, he wasn't just meddling for the sake of ratings, but was also trying to gain respect from other people, particularly his peers, as well. Anyone agree?

well he was always being compered to brandon tartikoff so that probaly had alot to do with it at first but i think that over time that he did manage to break out of brandon;s shadow and he did earn the respect of his peers and speaking as a viewer he earned my respect too
