Do you think Ralph Furley was a stronger character to spinoff? Do you think it would've shared the same fate? Thoughts? Opinions?

The whole point is moot because if the Ropers had never been spun off from Three's Company there never would have been a Mr. Roper. He was only created to fill the gap that the Ropers left behind.

Furley is best as a supporting player. I can't see his character carrying a show. So my answer is no.

Actually, I think Ralph Furley would've been a stronger character than the Ropers to carry his own show.

Furley was an odd looking middle age man who could not get a woman and had no family so the answer is HELL NO! LOL

I think a Furley show would have done worse than The Ropers, as others have said he's a better side character. Also, The Ropers largely failed due to ABC moving it alongside NBC's CHiPsin the fall of '79, had it not been moved it could have lasted longer into the '80s.
