I wanted to buy the TV series Vega$ with Robert Urich and even thought the complete series has not been released on DVD by the owners of the series, it is available on DVD from a Buy/Sell website called iOffer.com Has anyone ever purchased a DVD set from this site? The DVD set in the picture for the show I want looks nice and profesional, the price is amazing, but is this site any good?

I have bought from ioffer before usually the DVD sets they sell of unreleased TV shows are home brewed sets and sometimes is the quality is good and sometimes it is bad. Check out the seller ratings and reviews on the site and you will get a good idea if the sets are worth buying.

I buy a lot of homemade sets on ioffer. Each seller is different, but most are good and honest.

Ditto here. I´ve purchased over 100 sets from ioffer or sell.com. To be honest I do not like having to resort to getting TV Shows and Movies in this manner, but there are so many Shows that the Studios and/or Networks absolutly REFUSE to release, either because of Corporate Greed  (Ownership Issues (The 1960s Batman), Music ¨Rights¨ (Cold Case, The Wonder Years,) ect), or Political ¨Correctness¨ (Amos and Andy, Song of the South). :angryfire
It´s their loss they refuse to make official releases. As for the rest of us, it´s happened before and it will happen again (And not just with DVDs).
If someone has a Product you want, and whoever is supposed to supply that item refuses to do so, you simply turn to ¨Somewhere Else¨ to get it!

If they say something is an 8 in quality or lower, it usually means that it looks like a 4th or 5th generation dub. What they call an 8 is what most people would call a 3.

The best quality shows I have bought from these dealers are the ones recorded off of Canadian TV Stations. (You can tell these by the Canadian ¨V-Chip¨ Logo, which has a ¨Maple Leaf¨ outline), and the Copy of Batman, I have, which was made from a Studio Master that someone ¨Spirited¨ out of the Studio. :D
The Lowest Quality Shows I ever goy were four Episodes of Hot Wheels & three Episodes of Skyhawks, which are blurry and off-color. Nevertheless, they are watchable, and considering that these two series were
:( :angryfire BANNED :angryfire  :( by some ¨Do-Gooder¨ Children´s TV Advocacy Group 40 years ago makes them a nice little ¨Blast from the Past¨!
