Is it just me or did nobody seem to like Bobby/Cindy? ? They seem to be the least talked about members on this site?

No I dont think its just you, I think they are the least liked anyway. For me they are. I would have had no problem if the show did not have them. My least favorite episodes are the ones where they are featured. I dont think I like any Cyndy episodes and for Bobby I like a few. I like the Jesse James one and also where he has the frog and is with Greg and his date at the drive in.

I could relate to Bobby at times, as the youngest. Not liking hand-me-downs and feeling neglected to some extent. And we both liked to read comic books :)

I thought that some of their more interesting episodes were when they were together, like the teeter-totter story. Susan and Mike were pretty good little actors.

They're my least favorite but I don't hate them. They're better as supporting characters instead of a whole episode about them. Like I like the whole shifty eyes bit Bobby did about Peter in the ghost town episode. Susan Olsen they made her character more immature than she was especially in the later seasons and I agree. Bobby and Cindy are better together IMO like in the movies or in this scene from the Hawaiian episode:
