What are some examples of mistakes made on the show that you can think of?

In the pilot episode, during the start of the second act, just as George is about to sit down for dinner, you can briefly see a boom mic visible above him.

In "Gorgeous George", the amount of crumpled pieces of paper on the table where George sits in the kitchen, changes between shots.

In "The Outcasts", Mr. Belvedere says that he's been with the Owens family for a month. However, in "Gotta Dance", he says that he's been with them for a few days. This is actually due to the shows' airing order being different from the production order.

In "Jobless", Heather is terribly sick (which explains Tracy Wells' absence). However, in "The Ticket", she's back like nothing happened. In the next episode ("The Crush"), we learn that she's fully recovered. Again this is due to the shows' airing order being different from the production order.

Also in "The Crush, Angela gets Mr. Belvedere's name right. He then acknowledges that this is the first time she's done that. However, she had previously pronounced his name correctly before in season 2's "Cheerleader".

In season 4's "Marsha's Job", veteran voice-actor Richard Doyle appears in it as an off-camera announcer, much like in "The Competition" from the season before. However, in "Marsha's Job", his last name is misspelled in the end credits as "Doyal".

And last but not least, probably the most annoying error on the show...

In season 4's "Commentary", Pat Corley (best known for his role as Phil on Murphy Brown) appears in it as George's boss Mr. Franklin. But in the end credits, his character's name is listed as "Mr. Patton." What?

If you find anymore, please post them here.

In "Kevin's Date" Kevin's jacket falls off the back of the couch. Then two seconds later when the Jessica Simpson look-a-like hands him his soda, the jacket is back on the couch.

There was one episode where Wesley is trying to adjust the antenna on the TV, he pounds on the TV breaking it, causing smoke to come out of the top. The next scene has George checking the TV, the camera angle shows him standing behind the TV, showing the studio floor where the sets wood floor ends. Mr. Belvedere buys them a big screen TV at the end of the episode, which you never see again.
