This hasn't happened to me in recent years but it has happened a couple of times in the past.


When I bought Season 3 of "The Sopranos" I was missing Disc 4 and I got two Disc 3s.

When I bought Season 5 of "The Simpsons" I was missing Disc 3 and I got two Disc 2s.


How often have you experienced this?

When I bought I Dream Of Jeannie season 3, disc 3 was missing so I had to return the DVD set to the store and exchange it for another one.

On my Gomer Pyle season 3 set, one of the discs is scratched up pretty bad but amazingly it plays fine in my DVD player. I will probably buy this season again eventually because although the disc does play I still don't like that scratched up disc.

I have bought a pretty fair number of DVD sets over the years, these are the only two times I've encountered a problem so I guess that's not too bad.

My Freaks and Geeks set was missing the last disc

Disc 2 of my Smallville season 2 set was actually disc 2 from season 3
