"Biggest Loser's" Jillian Michaels has signed on to co-host daytime talk show "The Doctors" and serve as a correspondent on "Dr. Phil".
Michaels, who has made numerous guest appearances on "The Doctors", says she's delighted to get a permanent position.
"I could not be more excited about joining such an amazing show," she said in a statement. "My greatest passion is helping people live their healthiest, happiest lives by empowering them with information and support."
"The Doctors" is a spin-off of "Dr. Phil", which was a spin-off of "The Oprah Winfrey Show".
"Jillian Michaels is the perfect addition to 'The Doctors team'," executive producer Jay McGraw said. "She not only embraces our mission to supply viewers with critical information to make informed and intelligent health care decisions, but more importantly, she leads by example."
