Rob Zombie's Busy 2011 Continues
by Gregory Burkart
May 3, 2011
Rob just announced that Ginger Fish, former drummer for Marilyn Manson, is now stepping behind the kit for the June 3rd European tour, the band's first in over a decade.
The itinerary will include stops at UK's legendary Download Festival, Italy's Sonisphere and Denmark's Roskilde Fest. The touring lineup will still feature axe-wizard John 5 and bassist Piggy D.
"The band just got even weirder," Rob said, "and weirder is always better."
Shortly after that (July 20th, to be exact) comes the epic 12-city "Hell on Earth" North American tour, where Zombie and company will co-headline with metal gods Slayer; Bay Area thrash legends Exodus will appear as the opening act at all venues.
"Total destruction on stage and off is what this combination promises," Rob said of the band's "exploding, non-stop barrage of sin, sex and Satan, guaranteed to rip your face off."
