Nope!! Val is Italian in real life. Nancy Walker wasn't Jewish in real life, either!!

Not Jewish, but Italian. Lol, I have Italian relatives, and the second that Val started talking on TMTMS I figured it out. The way she used her hands or something, just like my cousin Edwina.

If I'm correct, I think at one time she also played a hispanic.
