Just out of curiousity... and I dont expect this to become a major topic... but do any of you FOL fans also take a liking to 90210? Cause im a major 90210 freak and i was wondering... if any of you guys watched the show? just asking:D :D :D :D

I didn't get to watch every episode, but I really was a big fan of 90210!!!! You know, I really felt bad for Brenda, I felt everyone picked on Shannon Doherty too much at first, but... I remember this one episode where the Peach Pit was robbed, and Brenda had constant bad dreams that Dylan and Brandon were going to get killed by the robber. So a psychiatrist taught her to go to a "safe place" in her mind where the robber couldn't touch her.
I liked Valerie and a lot of the "bad girls", Hilary Swank and Vanessa Marcil as well. I think in the episode where Dylan and who-was-that-other-guy were chasing down Kelly's rapist, they cornered him at a spot I remember in L.A. in Van Nuys, Captain
Ed's Headshop, which has all this cool freaky psychedelic artwork
and hippie illustrations on the walls outside. Fun place to look around in.

I kind of liked it. And funny, at some point I became even more hooked on Melrose Place than 90210. After a while I started to hate Melrose Place though. That reminds me...I was going through my old tapes and realized that I taped the very first ep of MP- the one in which some of the 90210 cast guest starred.

I am a huge fan of Beverly Hills 90210.
But I lost interest towards the end. Most
of the original cast had left and they had all these new comers and to me they
didn't click like the oiginal cast did.
I loved the seasons with Shannen Doherty.
But when she left, my favorite female
became Tiffani Amber Thiessen. Shannen
and Tiffani were awesome.

Yeah people really picked on Shannen Doherty after the departure. I have both season 9 and season 10 on tape. The episodes are on the FX channel. Yeah although I really didnt like Gina.... Carly who was played by Academy Award winning actress Hilary Swank was a great addition to the cast....

nah....I never liked it much.

I love BH 90210. I used to tape the episodes like I do for the facts of life and the division and n e thing else that nancy mckeon is in. I liked the one where Dylan got married and was killed by her father, I cry everytime over that one. I also loved Melrose Place and I was so mad when they went off air. :mad:

God, I hate that show. They have a channel dedicated to that show and play it 24/7.

omg i used to love 90210 !! but they kept playing reruns after reruns and u know it ended and all so ..yeah. lol. but i've seen every episode like 50000 times. lol. kelly was my fav..of course i hated her when she kissed dylan while brenda was in paris and all but anyways..lol. my fav episode (well one of them) was when brenda dressed up as laverne..lol. even though i hated brenda. is there a 90210 board on here ? there needs to be one. noah was so hot. i hated gina..at first i hated val too cuz the show had never had any real spice before her...but i got to love her after a while..it was so sad when she left and they tried to make gina like her and it was like uhhuh not happening. and they gave her the whole bulimic issue to soften things..lol not happening. and they tried to make her relationship w/ kelly like hers w/ val but that never happened...:D

omg.... I love 90210! I liked it through the entire series, although I have to admit the last couple of seasons weren't as good, but I still liked them. I liked Kelly, Dylan, and Clare as my favorite characters. Valerie added a great deceptive twist to the show and I agree that the bringing Gina to be just like Valerie the moment she leaves was really stupid. But the show was so good.... I liked the college graduation and the one where Dylan got married too.... the last episode was good, but I wish Brenda, Brandon, and Clare would have attended the wedding.

omg "a wedding and a funeral in the same day" or was it "a wedding and a funeral"...omg..i have never cried so hard..it was so said when dylan's wife, toni, got shot. and then dylan came and opened his car door and he was crying so hard and going "brandon look what the did to my baby" and then the end where he was like packing up his things and her dress was there...i did not like that...it was so sad...and then he left...and came back a drug addict...but that was the saddest episode-no doubt.

fx....they show like one episode a day and like 2 on weekends..it used to be four...hmm...but they did the 90210 christmas marathon for like 2 years in a row. "tired of the same old christmas ? then spend it with beverly hills 90210" and i was like "talk about same..u did this last year" :D

Yes, the wedding and funeral in one day was the saddest episode ever! I hated that they did that, but I guess it's what made 90210 such a great drama. Toni was such a beautiful woman and a perfect match for Dylan, they worked so hard to get together, which made her death so much more sad. FX only shows one episode during the weekdays now, at 2pm.... I wish it came on like at 6 pm or 7 pm or even 11 pm, but not at 2 pm when nobody's at home!:(

No. I hated the show. Tori Spelling was and is the worst actress. The show dealt with a bunch of spoiled, whiny, and materialistic babies. Get real!

i readily enjoyed both shows :) so you're not alone.

I liked the show, especially when Tiffani came in. I always wanted Valerie to ruin that dumb blonde Kelly. To me it felt like every episode was always trying to be about Kelly. Like when she became hooked on drugs, when she went into rehab, when she met that crazy psycho girl in rehab who tried to kill her, when she was raped and killed the man who did it, and always choosing who to be with, Brandon or Dylan, I mean come on! The show wasn't named 'All About Kelly'. I like Jennie Garth but her character Kelly was a spoiled rotten brat in the show. I hope her character in What I Like About You isn't like Kelly.

i loved the fact that kelly and valerie would always fight. it was so cool since jennie and tiffani were best friends in real life.

I take it you don't have The WB? What I Like About You is a new tv show starring Jennie and Amanda Baynes. I don't know how to spell her last name but shes the one from The Amanda Show on Nickelodeon. Anyways Amanda moves in with big sister Jennie in some city. Its supposed to be really good. I am going to watch it. Its on The WB Friday September 20 at 8 or 8:30 PM. :wave:

Why can't Tiffani be like Jennie and go into a show that will last long!! Has anyone seen previews for Fastlane? It looks like garbage in my opinion. I now know why its called Fastlane, is going to go by so fast they wont have time to get any fans! :( Tiffani is very pretty and very talented I wish she go back to comedies. Was anyone surprised Pasadena was canceled so soon? Critics loved it and FOX just dropped it. I was surprised.

I never watched Pasadena... but I'm a big Tiffani fan! I absolutely loved her as Valerie on 90210, she is such a great actress. I just recently saw her movie, "Sweet Dreams" (1996) and I thought she did a great job playing her character Allison. Gotta love Tiffani! :D

Im a fan of Beverly Hills 90210.. I watch the show when I can ..I like Jason Presley ( Brandon Walsh) Does anyone here that he got into a car accident ? But I heard that he is out of the hospital now and he is doing a little bit better which i'm glad..B/c he is soooo cute also Luck Perry as ( Dylan McCay) They are both Hotties :) ;)

I loved 90210! I watched it all the time! I liked it best with the original cast, though. My favorite time was when they were all still in high school. Anyone else feel the same?

Yes, I do like that show. Used to watch it faithfully when it first started airing even though I was older than the targeted audience.
