Box Sets (airs: Sundays 3pm – 5pm)
February’s Box Sets feature is Unsung Heroes. Originally a TV Land vignette series. Unsung Heroes features those actors that are on every show and are the actors that make you say, ”oh yeah him”. Each two-hour block features four episodes featuring a different “Hero”. The following are February’s stars; Burt Mustin (2/3), Kathleen Freeman (2/24), Jane Dule (2/17) and Parley Bare (2/10).

NOTE: Shows & episodes for the Box Sets in February will be given at a later date (I'll give one show out: An episode of "ARCHIE BUNKER's PLACE" will air!!)

SOURCE: TV Land

More info on the episode airing soon, it will be part of the Parley Bare Box Set on Feb 10...

OH MY STARS! Do you think it will be Archie's Alone episode? I hope it is because I really do want to see that episode. *crosses fingers*

I think it's the Small Claims Court episode from the fourth season. I believe Parley Baer was in that one.

I think you're right, Sean. I looked this up on imdb. Burt Mustin appeared on "All in the Family", but passed away before ABP. Jane Dulo appeared on AITF, but not ABP. Kathleen Freeman didn't appear on either show.

I'm a little disappointed that TV Land isn't airing an earlier episode (i.e. an Edith episode), but the good news is that TV Land seems to be aware of the show and has gotten the rights to at least one episode, so maybe we'll see more down the line.

You're probably right then about the court episode. I can't complain though, atleast I'm seeing an episode of ABP. I'm crossing my fingers that they get all the rights to the episodes though.

Guys, I'm getting an idea here. After the episode airs, lets email tv land and tell them how much we liked it (whether you did or not, say that you did) and if they get enough emails maybe it will convince them to pick the series up. If you have 2 or 3 emails, email them with each email address. Let's really flood them with the emails, and it could do some good. It's worth a try.

Yeah, I'm excited to, no matter what episode it is. Yeah, I'm gonna email them after it airs and say how good it was.

Btw, that episode is from way later in the series! Right near the end of the last season LOL!

The one part of "Small Claims Court" that I can tell was edited on the vershion I recorded off WPSG UPN 57 in 1999 is coming Back from the mid show comercial break Gary Rebinawitz giving Archie Legal advice . You can tell Carroll O'Connor & Barry Gorden are in the middle of their dialog when it starts. I hope TV Land will restore this.
